FAQ FOR STUDENTS
Can I request a horse?
Students are encouraged to request a horse but will not guarantee that you will get to ride your request. Horses will be assigned as fairly as possible and may not be changed. Horse assignments will be available the morning of the show after you check in.

What do I wear for Western classes?

Western riders should wear blue or black jeans, or black pants, and a button down shirt. Shirts should be form-fitting/tucked into pants to show the posture of the rider. Bright colors, sequins etc. are popular in the Western classes at large show so students are invited to be creative…stand out! Boots should also be worn.

What do I wear for English classes?
English riders should wear breeches or leggings & a solid colored, collared shirt or polo shirt. Jackets are encouraged. Boots should also be worn.

*Note, helmets will be required. Hair should be pinned back in a low bun or a braid. Cowboy hats are welcome for pictures, but helmets must be worn during all riding classes, please make sure all hairstyles will fit comfortably under a riding helmet.
FAQ FOR PARENTS/SPECTATORS
Parking
is limited, we will have a volunteer outside directing you where to park. Please do not park at our neighbor’s lot
(Wu House) or your vehicle may be towed.

Where can we sit?
Bring chairs! We will have a small portion of the indoor arena sectioned off for spectators. Dress according to the weather, this seating area is not heated.

Can we take pictures?
Of course! Photography is welcome but NO FLASH is allowed, as the flash is very distracting for the horses.

SPONSORSHIPS
Sponsor a class! Sponsorships are $25 per class.  You may bring a small banner and/or business cards to display. We will announce your family or your business as sponsors and you/your child will be able to hand out the ribbons for the class.
